When I ordered this the expected delivery was about a week out. I wasn't in a big hurry so no big deal, it arrived just as planned. Although the plastic envelope it was packaged in had seen better days the product inside was unharmed. Installation was challenging like we had read it would be and was leaking where the hose attaches to the tank. Hubby was ready to throw the whole thing in the garbage but tried one more thing. He cut a small amount of the "old" hose off so now the clamp was being attached in essence to a new hose. Works perfect and no leaking!
