A reasonable fix
The shoulders were wearing out on a ski jacket. I ironed on a pair of these, but they began to come away, so I glued them and that has held up.

works as advertised
I mended my coat with this product. I thought I would have to sew the patch on but all I needed to do was peel off the paper and apply it to the hole. I would caution one to be prepared before you take the paper off. I loosened one end and stuck it to the area being mended and pressed the patch on as I pulled the paper off. It stuck immediately and will not come off! so, be prepared. it did a nice job!

Nice Selection of Colors
Colors better than I expected for the price. These would be cute for decorating clothes - cut into flowers or other shapes.

Self-adhesive (good luck). Not iron on.
These have a wax paper backing and when you peel this, you get sticky thin THIN nylon tape, as in self adhesive. The package says iron-on on the label but it's not, unless the figurines are. I didn't look. I see that the company says to go ahead and stick them on and iron them anyway. I would advise against this unless you don't care for the garment and the consequences. I specifically chose an iron on patch set because I sometimes, every few years, wash the jacket. I know, crazy right? It's not going through the laundry. I can't imagine it sticking unless it's a part of the (anything) that is flat and smooth. If it's a collar line, where my jacket is falling apart (It's 35 years old), then I just can't see it sticking. I even have a hard time imagining an iron on working perfectly, but if I've got a lot of adhesive in the jacket, because I've got to repeat the procedure, I'd rather it not stick to my neck, understand? I'd rather have hot glue (I'm not so hot as to melt that with body heat.) But if you've got a hole in a tent, these might work. You don't typically launder tents. You just spray them off and air dry. Maybe some detergent in a squirt bottle. It'll hold up to that, I'm pretty sure. Just be careful and round the corners. It's not iron-on, and I'm not "putting an iron on it anyway". It'd be like ironing on duct tape. Would you iron on duct tape? Of course not. Well, I might if I were a kid, sure. No, I guess the experiment is hardly worth it. This does give me an idea though. Why don't I fix my jacket with duct tape? It comes in all colors. No, nevermind. Maybe when I'm 80. We'll see. Bad idea. I'll just use normal fabric or denim iron on. It's a rain jacket, so it needs to be rugged. This was made in the USA, my jacket, and I cannot find a quality replacement. I wore it daily for decades. Campmor, remember them? This jacket is double stitched everywhere, zippers on everything for any temperature. Where do you find something like this? It even had cords and cord locks to tie the hood up around your face. I've climbed SO MANY MOUNTAINS in this jacket....am I off topic? Anyway, it's not iron on. If you're looking for self adhesive nylon, it might be pretty good. It looks sticky. Seriously. But only on flat or nearly flat surfaces and I don't think I'd trust it through laundry unless you do so very delicately, by hand. Remember that unlike iron on, you'll have a lot of trouble fixing both sides of a garment that already has multiple layers, even 2. You'd have to slide the waxed nylon in, then somehow peel the backing inside your garment and stick it to the inside and then cover the outside big that layer so it doesn't stick to you or anything else. I'm so desperate, I might even try it, but .... I've now confused myself. I need someone to replace the entire inside liner of my jacket, I think. I don't know now. No, I just need an iron on strips and I'll just have to take whatever color and fabric they have....wait. There are iron on glue strips to glue 2 pieces of anything together with this thin layer of heat glue tape. I'd need fabric. My car is kaput. (Boo hoo, can't someone fix my Campmor? Sniffle. I've spent all my time and energy writing this review.)

Easy-peasy!
Quick and easy to cut patch to size and iron on. Survived first trip through the wash beautifully. Wanted to write review before I forgot to do it. Very pleased so far!

Strong and easy to use.
So easy to use. Cut out shapes and ironed onto grandchild’s leggings. Used left over pieces and ironed on the inside as well for reinforcement.

Nice selection of colors, sew down after adhering
Worked pretty well on thin nylon vest material. Edges should be sewn down as they will eventually begin to peel up.

Best things ever.
These things are the best!I originally purchased them to repair a hole my dog made on my couch (as a new puppy), and it did a great job at that! However, I've found them super handy at patching small holes in my daughter's leggings and pants, I've even used some in craft projects while making an "ugly" sweater! The adhesion is great and they're super easy to cut to size. Definitely going to purchase again when I run out!

Satisfaite
Parfait pour réparer les genoux troués ou usés. J’ai collé ET cousu pour assurer une tenue maximale, mais ça adhérait bien juste au fer.
