I really enjoyed this product, it was extremely gently and easy on the body. The taste was not too bad and it was easy to swallow. This product made the cleanse more like a natural process. It did not cause cramping and was not excessive in the amount of times you had to go! Will buy again!!!

I've just finished 2 bottles taking 5 (!) capsules every morning. No effect at all! DOES NOT WORK!!! Waste of money! Very disappointed!

Received this a week ago. Daily dosage is 3 a day, suggested. Taking 1 a day for the past 7. Gentle and efficient.Started low to test. Next batch I order, will go the full 3 a day :-)

Loved these. Definitely a gentle cleanse. No stomach pain during it. Pills are very large and leave a gross taste in your mouth. But for good well it works, I’ll deal with that.

Words cannot describe what a help this supplement has been. I have struggled with constipation for SO LONG & nothing helps consistently. I took two of these a day until they were gone and then I’m currently taking one a day just to maintain. But they have kept me so regular and comfortable!

This is easy on your stomach and I don't experience any cramps or anything like some other brands.
