Stress Relief and Relaxation Guided Meditation CD with Nature Sounds & Music.

I have other guided meditation CDs, in comparison this is quite relaxing,but there is no coding of the session or 'grounding' at the end if the session which is needed to come out of meditation well. Overall a little disappointed.

Found it a bit fiddly to find the right track, as it has all the copyrights played first on the CDs tracks, I dont use it now as I've bought a better one from another seller

More music than guidance

This is the CD my relaxation classs uses and I find it works very well

The cassette stops playing after the introduction. It was delivered in good condition, promptly but not useable.

What a lovely cd. Just what I needed to relax with. Very easy to use, just listen.

Not visionary enough.too much talking at the beginning.too much music as well
