The design came out beautifully. I had sent in a Photoshopped image of two people with a poorly merged background, knowing that the background would be cropped out, and it was done exactly as I hoped.The design and engraved message on the back look great and came out as advertised. The only issue I have is that the image is very hard to see at some angles, becoming almost completely invisible in certain angles, but when the image can be seen, it is perfect.I recommend this for gifts or memorial pendants. Great quality and well made. Quickly crafted, arriving in about two weeks.

Image came out great but it’s too light. You have to hold it up close to see image.

This was more than expected. The tracking is not good but doesn’t matter the product was excellent. My wife lost her dog of 15 years and I know she is going to love this.

Are you kidding me? My 9 yr old could have drawn this with better quality. Dont waste your money on this people. Looks like a crappy cartoon doodle. Requested return/refund and i have been 100% ignored. I dont normally leave bad reviews but when its something meaningfull like this.... come on. BS
