I currently use their tea nightly and it has kept me normal. So, I will have to assume these capsules will do the same. Since we are going out of State before long, I didn't want to mess with having to get my nightly tea, whereas the capsules I've been told by my doctor are just as good. This way if I have to be gone somewhere, I can just use the capsules which is great.

This product smoothly, just like the name says.

I started this cleanse last night as directed. I was then unable to go to sleep because my stomach was cramping and too about 30 to be completely done for the night. I can handle the pain because a get serious menstral cramps. I have seen ppl say they dropped down to 1 pill. I am try that but the product WORKS!

This works very well. It does not cause the pain/cramping/misery that occurs with most stimulant laxatives which is a huge plus, it just feels natural. I like that it's organic and includes other herbs that sooth the intestines.

Love the convenience of these I take one at bedtime haven't been this regular in years. More economical than the tea and less hassle.
