Box packed mobile fully satisfied
The phone is brand new trust me..just see the images..all new just box was dirty otherwise the charger n cable was untouched n mobile was like new! And mobile was not updated..i have to update the mobile about 2.5gb of data only in updates

Be loyal to what you promise to sell..
The product that I got was used.. it was dirty.. ink stains were there.. also so many apps were installed by the previous user..Secondly the camera is not working properly.. it is not giving the clarity as poco gives.. the front camerA is hazzy and improper in working..Thirdly the screen is not working smoothly.. when I use any app and I have to scroll down to check WiFi or shortcuts.. it does not work many times..So many issues I faced..I hope that I won't face it again when I make other phone order

Disappointed
Received a bent phone and the phone display was definitely replaced, the panel had dead pixels on top edge corners.packaging and the overall phone was ok, no scratches in there

Happy with the product.
Just like I got a new POCO F1 😍. Only the box seems old and used a bit, rest all accessories and the handset are like brand new.

After 3 months phone has started showing problems it turns off by itself audio jack is not working,mic is not working seriously I wasted my money 😭😭😭
