I have been using a big wired round brush and hair dryer. This makes it easier to do with one product. Easy to use, easy on hair. Be sure to air dry or dry with a hair dryer some before using. Very happy. My Mom is going to get one now.

I've always had trouble doing blowouts. My brush gets tangled in my hair and I end up with frizzies. Not so with this. It was easy to use, never tangled, and no frizz. Today was my first use and I can tell that this will be my go-to tool for straight hair days. There are two minor improvements needed. One, there is no cool shot button to set the hair. Two, even though the cord is on a swivel, it wrapped around the handle a couple times. Not saying operator error couldn't have been involved there, though. All in all, I'm quite pleased with my purchase.

Quicker than my blow dryer and brush. Takes a lot of time to add curl. Received unit without covering, plastic clips, or directions. Will call Amazon to see if is used.
