The spices in this product make the difference between a great tasting chowder or a so so chowder. I have tried so many different spices and this is the best. I know everybody likes something different when it comes to taste. I had a bottle of this which I used in my fish chowder, ran out, tried other spices hoping to find one that was as good because this spice I believe is rather expensive, but was never able to duplicate the flavor. I say spend the extra money and get it if you love delicious fish chowder.

We are using for the any kind of fish baking and it is just as good as it should be for the mildly spiced and aromatic seafood.

I bought this at a T.J. Maxx and fell in love with it. I had to purchase this online as T.J. Maxx changes stock constantly. This seasoning pairs wonderfully with Salmon and any kind of fish really. Stir fry on the wok, aromatic.
