Very Comfortable and Absorbent
After trying Tena Dry Comfort pullups and being impressed with the comfort, fit, and performance I decided to purchase the Tena Ultra fitted briefs to see if they perform better for night usage.Fit: Firstly, much to my surprise the fit is the same as the Tena brand pullups I was using before. This is a big deal to me since the store brand tape ups I'd tried in the past were all larger than the waist size specified on the bag and I had to resort to overlapping the tapes, which is no good. The tapes on the Tena Ultra are very strong and do not shift or get loose after wearing a while. They're also refasten-able, so you can really get a custom fit. These are unisex, and still, as a male, I appreciate the room these offer for male anatomy. Other products I've tried in the past didn't seem to offer the comfort these briefs do. These are cut a certain way that makes you feel like you are not wearing protection. It's impressive!Absorbency: Besides delivering the same fit and comfort of other Tena products, these are substantially more absorbent than any pullup product I have ever used: and I have tried several of various brands and they just never offered the absorbency of these tape up briefs. I don't have to worry about leaking at all, whether I am standing, sitting or lying in bed. When using other products I usually leak around the back of my legs when I sleep on my back. That's a thing of the past with the Tena Ultra Fitted briefs. The Tena Dry Comfort pullups I was using before didn't leak at my legs either, so I think Tena is a winner overall! Despite lacking high standing inside leak guards these have not leaked on me. They just fit well and high in the areas where it matters once you put in on. Surprise!Size Suggestion: I suggest you buy a size larger than what the package suggests as waist sizes, especially if you are between sizes. For example I wear a 32 wast pants, I purchased the MEDIUM size, which the waist size is two inches larger than it suggests on the package sizing. Since that is the size of the other Tena product I tried and both products fit so well I forget I'm wearing them.Critical Opinion and Final Thoughts: Overall, Tena is the best brand I've ever tried, and the Tena Ultra fitted briefs are no different! With the addition of high standing leak guards and padding that doesnt shift/sag after actity when wet this would be a perfect ten. But for the price to performance and knowing I dont have to worry about leaving a puddle anywhere, I give this product a solid 8.5/10 and would suggest this to a friend.

Easy install after a false start.
Mom is very happy with her new bidet. Luckily the commode is very close to an electrical outlet so we hooked it up easily. The only problem was that one part leaked. My brother in law contacted the distributor by phone and got a replacement part. After almost 2 weeks waiting another call made had the distributor responding with an overnight delivery.

A step above depends, but too small
These do you hold up well with the beating I give them. But they are the smallest, medium I have ever worn. The straps really have to stretch to fit me, but then I feel like the diaper still sags really low. I feel like it's falling off of my Hips, And all of the absorbent material is collecting at the bottom.

love these
Love these. Great price, great fit, great feel. They hold at least 3 wettings from me and feel so good. They aren't as discrete as I was hoping for, but slim enough. They don't seem to bulk up much. Not sure if amazon is letting me attach my photos, but I have a before wetting and after wetting when they're pretty full. I like to fold the extra cloth fabric into the diaper to remove excess bulk.

Paper is great and can be useful
So... paper and cheap I guess. Paper is great and can be useful, but it has to be more trustworthy.

horrible
I was hoping these were great as the pads are but NO!!!! had to do a complete bed change. They absorbed almost nothing. If you are looking for a great protective diaper look elsewhere.
