Everlast 16 Oz Boxing Glove Black
I purchased these gloves 5 years ago when a joined a boxing/exercise class just for the exercise. I am still using them and they are still in great shape. The padding is as good as the day I first used them. They are comfortable gloves and adequately protect your hands when punching the various bags in a gym setting. I recommend these gloves for their quality and reasonable price.

Great cheap glove for training and sparring
Gloves are nice I got the 16 oz pair for training. Everyone is over exaggerating about the smell, they barely smell. I only notice it when I put my nose on the glove and smell it. My hands smell a little rubbery after wearing them but I get that with most gloves. They feel good on the hand and the padding is good quality, gloves are well made and great for the price. I could see some seems ripping after a long time of heavy abuse and by then i'd be buying a new pair of gloves anyways. Only thing that set me off when I got them was the slot you put your fingers in at the tip was folded and I thought the gloves were defective at first because I couldnt fit my fingers in. I looked in the glove and noticed the fold, unfolded it and it fits great and I have pretty big hands, i'm 6'3. Look up your recommended glove size for your weight and height. Smaller people should get the 14 oz gloves. Love these gloves awesome buy!

Good product for the price, Velcro closing could be an issue
I been using this product consistently for around a year and half now, twice a week. Not on heavy bags, mainly mitts and sparring.Product fits well for me, I don't have large hands though, your mileage may vary.In terms of looks, the gloves have surprisingly retained their colors quite well. I probably don't wash them as often as I should, but the blacks and whites still look surprisingly clear. In terms of durability, the breathable mesh lining on the palm of the gloves are quite frayed by now, especially the seams where they join the leather of the glove. Everything still holds together, though the placement of the padding around the fingers no longer feel as firm or tight as they use to. I kind expected this though after heavy use. The Velcro closing on the bottom is also starting to tear off at this point, I estimate maybe about half a year more before I will need to replace these with another pair. The Velcros are probably the biggest issue at this point both due to their lower durability in comparison to the rest of the glove, and also its ability to cut or burn your training partners, This is a small issue in my opinion, but it does happen frequently enough for it to be a thing.

I'm not avoiding my bag anymore
I've been using the light weight training gloves that come with my Everlast punching bag ever since I got the thing. I found myself skipping on days where the body was willing but my hands just couldn't take the punishment. Even with heavy taping, my hands were getting eaten alive. These gloves have changed all of that. In addition to the breathable material that cuts back on the sweat pooling and inevitable blisters from the old gloves, these offer a nice layer of padding to keep the knuckles safe even while swinging at full force. These gloves are also designed to keep your thumb protected in a neutral position and reduces the chances of straining soft tissue. They have been quite durable thus far and easy to don on and off, even with one hand already gloved. Great product (not that I'd expect anything less from Everlast)

Excellent Gloves!
I tried a bunch of different gloves from Amazon in the under $40 range. These are by far the best. The are comfortable, even with wraps. I don't have huge hands and the other gloves I tried smashed all my fingers together. Not with these. These feel great. They also offer excellent protection. I bought the 16 oz gloves. They're pretty bulky and heavy but my knuckles felt totally fine after working out with them. There's a considerable amount of padding in them so the gloves take the brunt of the impact instead of your hands. The only downside is that the gloves are so bulky that you won't be able to grab anything while wearing them. You can't grab a water bottle, or your towel. Luckily, they slide on and off easily enough that it's not a huge deal.

Fits well.
Fits well and is comfortable. I haven't used it much so I can't speak for how durable this is. I'm not a boxer, just like to use this when I'm at the gym or when my friend gives me boxing lessons. Does the job.

Great Gloves
I got these for training with my new heavy bag. These gloves were a perfect fit over my "Everlast EverGel Hand Wraps (Yellow, Medium)" and provide great comfort when hitting the heavy bag. They are very well made and seem to be super high quality. The Velcro strap holds nicely and are easy to grip with the other glove so you can put the other hand on. They are well cushioned and are great for either the heavy bag or for sparring with another person. They have a mesh opening on the bottom so you can get some air in the gloves to help with the sweat. They have a good area in the hand for the thumb and other fingers to easily get in the right position for boxing.I got the 16 oz since I am 170 pounds and 5' 10" and that was the recommended size for me. These are a great fit and are super high quality! I highly recommend these for an all purpose glove!! Very happy!!

Best glove I have used.
I owned a pair of the same gloves several years ago, and they protected me for a long time. I like that these gloves have web mesh on the inside. Which you can see in the photo. My hands don't seem to sweat as much as with other gloves. The velcro straps make it easy to put them on. Also the outer skin doesn't have weird bumps rise up, which I have seen and felt on other gloves. See in picture. Rather than risk another brand or style, I went for something I knew I could trust. When buying them, check the sizes available. Although a 14 oz might be better for me, I went for 16 oz as I like the extra weight for shadow boxing and protection on the heavy bag.If you've not owned gloves before, ensure you take them out of your bag after training and open the velcro straps up to air them; as left inside your bag, they can quickly start to smell. Due to the mesh and ventilation I do feel these gloves they smell much less than other gloves.

Awesome.
We just recently pulled out an old punching bag for my 17 year old to keep busy with. These gloves were perfect for this. Very comfortable to use. Great fit. Every you’d expect from a great brand name like this one. Great price too. Highly recommended.
