Nero Platinum 2019

Any recoding and recording is a breeze with Nero Platinum. The drag and drop interface is so easy to use yet versatile enough to play around with for great effects. The downloadable content is quite good as well. I had separate recoding and recording software that this replaced and the package integration into one product makes projects much easier. I have not tried tech support but the online website has answered all my questions and given me ideas.

This is a pretty good program for the money but is nowhere near professional or even prosumer. I will give this to someone and get Premiere Pro or Vegas Pro.

The item arrived smushed, stained and opened. Might have received a used item and wasn't surprised when I had trouble installing the program.I don't know if it was a quality control error, but when I was installing the default language was Korean, not English and I couldn't change it to English. I contacted Nero's customer support and in my initial comment told them that I had checked prior to writing to them and my computer's default language was English/Location was in US. The only advice he gave me was to change my computer's language to English and location to the US and then closed the communication as solved/answered. Very poor customer service. Returned the item because I couldn't get it to work and couldn't muster up the energy to open a new ticket.

Even though I think that Nero makes a very good product I find that it's user interface is lacking and not very intuitive. When Nero is installed in Windows 10 nothing appears on the desktop even though they are desktop apps. To create shortcuts on the desktop you have to go to the graphical interface version (Windows Key) and select the option on the app to go to the file location. Then you have to locate the executable file (.exe) and copy and then paste it onto the desktop. You have to do this for each application that you want to use. Or you can simply create the shortcut to the Nero main menu that contains links to all programs installed and not installed.Installation is almost as awkward. While you do not have to uninstall older versions I have found that it is wise to do so. With version 2018 I was not able to uninstall it even though the menu indicated that it was removed. Instead I had to go to the Nero website and download the NeroFirstAid utility and run it to remove Nero 2018. In addition the NeroFirstAid utility removed all traces of Nero software on your machine. So if you have any free tools these will have to be re-downloaded and installed after running the tool. Then you have to proceed until you get to the custom installation option unless you want to install all of the available programs. There are several that I don't use and so I don't install on my machine. It seems to me that the whole process could be made easier.However, when you get finished you will have one of, if not the premier multimedia package out there. I was going to purchase this package at another popular online site that I use all of the time. However, with Amazon Prime I was entitled to 1 day shipping instead of 5 to 7 days so I purchased it from Amazon. The package arrived in one day exactly as advertised which never ceases to amaze me.If you are in the market for Nero Platinum 2019 this offering was reasonably priced and had incredible shipping. I believe that if you are a tech-savvy person you should not have any problems walking your way through the installation process. If you are a novice it may be a bit more difficult for you.

If this showed up as a piece of paper with a digital download link I would have returned it. YES it comes on a real disc! Thank you NERO! Lots of people who are still messing with DVD/CD/BR are doing so because they don't have access to broadband.This software needs to be activated to use all the parts but they have ways to activate it with a mobile phone,email,or fax. I am running this software on a Windows 7pro machine with the ASUS USB3.0 BR drive.This software package does everything including printing the case labels.I was able to burn MP4's to DVDs and BR's and have them play on normal TV connected players with menus and all.It does a good job of splitting large data directories up that can't fit on one disc to multiple discs automatically.The extra program "Audials" IS a digital download but I guess this is acceptable because if your recording internet radio streams then I guess its assumed you have internet. It would be nice if this software also came on the disc though because it is a large download. I have only played with it a little but it does work recording streams and saving them to MP3's automatically. This would be useful to record podcasts to CDr so you can listen in the car.I didn't test the "cloud" stuff and have no interest in it.

This seems to be a rehashed version of the same product I once liked. The opening interface is exceedingly clumsy. Each of the pieces of software have the feeling of being older versions stuffed into a new package. I purchased this primarily ro capture old family VHS and convert the analogue video to digital. Interface is exceedingly awkward and so very frustrating to use. Editing is nigh on impossible to clip and paste. Back to the search for something that will work.

To be honest, I didn't even use it. I sent it back because I noticed that the actual CD was damaged. I was obviously used before, but I'll hopefully order it again next week.

I have found Nero the easiest and best all around product. I stays out of the way until asked to be used. I have had less than 1% copy error rate on my 100 GB Blu Ray disks.

Me agradó bastante este software. En cuanto a la grabación de medios ópticos se nota la experiencia de Nero. En cuanto las demás funciones son bastante aceptables y constantemente se estan actualizando.

para lo que utilizo perfecto, lo unico malo es que ofrecen como 10 programas y solo son temporales
