Very good. Very handy for me as I work on trains and don’t always have a drink to hand. Works fast and gives peace of mind.

Ideal and so much cheaper than immodium instants

These are exactly what you’d expect - they do the job. But I’ve personally noticed that they tend to take around half an hour longer than Immodium Instants.These tablets are the same type of thing, dissolve on the tongue with a mild mint flavour, not unpleasant though there is a slight chemically aftertaste, a quick swish of water does the trick but as many of these drugs are absorbed through blood vessels in the mouth I put up with it.It’s worth noting that they’re not “instants” they take maybe ten seconds to dissolve, on average.You don’t need water but keep some handy first time, in case you don’t like the taste.Beyond that they’re cheaper than the Immodium, (usually) and they do the trick so I’m happy with these,I give them 4 and a half stars, but Amazon won’t let me do a half so it’ll have to be 4.

These taste awful but you aren’t going to be replacing you meals with them so it is what it is 😂 They are slower to work than the leading brand but do work and at a fraction of the cost

I take these with me when travelling away, They really work banishing stomach cramps and loo dashes.
