They have great coffee in them... they just need a new, stronger K-Cup container cup to put those ingredients... the COFFEE grounds get into your drunk & your k-cup (Keurig) machine... they break apart while the kCup is brewing & some spilled before I opened the box... the coffee was all over bottom of their company (packaging) box.I would like my MONEY BACK PLEASE🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🌻 cuz these DO NOT WORK FOR OUR FAMILY! "buen caffe" (how to say good coffee in italian)
I prefer coffees that are light to medium roasts . With regards to this particular brand , I found the "Napoli" (mild roast) to be just right . I personally feel that the "Milano" (medium roast) had some bitterness and was closer to being a medium-dark roast, but perhaps that was just my own taste buds. I also tend to prefer the coffees with beans from central/south America , which have a "sweeter" flavor profile. My gut instinct tells me that this medium roast (may) have had some beans from countries in the eastern part of the world.That being said, I think this could be a good product for anyone who wants to experiment with different roast levels and while it is a bit more expensive, I would recommend trying it.

Great coffee but I get a of malfunction on my machine with these
I want to love them because the coffee is GREAT. However, Most of the time I can't get a cup to fully brew without my machine turning off etc. Ive never had a problem with other cups and have not had a problem since I replaced the cups so I have to believe there is some small issue with these.

No light roast was included
I haven't tasted the coffee yet but when I opened the box to stock it I realized that we did not get the light roast coffee. Not a big issue being I like my coffee a bit stronger but was disappointed seeing that in the description and it was not given. Supposed to have 20 of each. Instead I ended up getting 26 ed, 24 d, 23 med, and 27 mild.

Good flavor
I usually like Columbian coffee. This brand is nice a little pricey but a real nice flavor. Smooth with no after taste. Not a coffee for fancy mixes just people who like coffee.

Favorite Light Roast
I ordered a sample pack of light roast coffee, and this was easily one of my favorites. There’s no bitterness.

Five for Five
Got the variety pack and really like all five roast. Really good rich coffee and a great value. Nice to get to try all five roast for a nice price. Will definitely buy again.
