This product works very well, I have a noticeable affect after using it. Sometimes, I will start to see mild acne appear on my face. Although I maintain a good diet to address the underlying causes of acne, sometimes I need to cleanse my liver/gallbladder. Usually once every month - two months works well. As soon as I start using it I notice my acne start to disappear once again and I usually don't have any issues for a month or so. I always keep a bottle in my pantry just in case. It's good to do every spring even if you have no overt symptoms like I do.
