Colosan Capsules (120 caps)

This was my first colon cleanse and I am not up for the "colonic" part of a colon cleanse. I found this product and read reviews so went with it. First day I took 4 tabs and that made things move but not watery- day 2 I took 5 each and again things moved but not a lot and not watery. Day 3 I upped to max. dose of 6 and things moved. I did not have the every 4 hour experience though - for me it was more like 2 hours after I ate. I followed the directions and took it on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes prior to eating, I had also read to chase it with 1 TBS lemon juice so I did that as well. After Day 7 I feel well cleansed and my stomach pooch did go away. I am now on Day 1 of Hepasan for the liver cleanse and will review that product when Day 5 is done.I highly recommend this for a cleanse. It was gentle and thorough. I needed the max dose of 6 not sure everyone does. I still had energy to exercise - I also followed a detox diet so the cleanse was as thorough as possible. I eliminated dairy, eggs, sugar, meat, salt, gluten, bread, wheat and soy. I juiced each morning and ate only organic fruits and veggies, and lots of beans!

I gave it only one star because each time I tried to take this I got faint and almost passed out. Someone told me this is a reaction to detoxing to quickly but I'm not such I want to continue to find out. It was very scary.

I found that the Colosan capsules don't work as well as the Colosan powder.I was told that you need to follow the capsules with lemon juice just like you do with the powder, but it does not say that in the instructions. The powder mixed with water doesn't taste that great, but seems to work better.

when you take about five of them make sure you stay home. But in order for it to work properly make sure you drink lots of water. other then a great product to stay regular.

I take 6 capsules (equivalent of 1 tsp of Colosan powder). It works, but hardly. Powder, on the other hand, works like a charm. So I don't know why there is such a difference in effectiveness between powder and capsules (which are supposed to be same powder in easier to take form). I know that drinking pure powder is disgusting. Like drinking chalk.. But I am going back to powder on my next bottle.

It does work....without the cramping or stomach discomfort. I took 18 capsules the first 3 days to do an initial cleaning and I had no cramping at all...but do make sure you have access to a bathroom 4-5 hours after taking the caps (if you take that many caps as I did). Its recommended to take 2 daily for stool softening, but I take 4 because I have really bad Irritable Bowel Syndrome-constipation and Diverticulosis and if I dont take 4, I still wont have a BM for 3 days. Taking 4 caps daily allows me to go twice a day, to maintain a slight constant cleansing affect so my Diverticulosis doesnt get infected,(which can be very painful for me....where I cant even sleep, walk, sit, live comfortably...really) So anyway, This does work. I am going to use this for the rest of my life.

I usually take Metamucil for my fiber needs as it is also a laxative. One day I had really bad constipation and even with high dosage of metamucil it didn't seem to go away. Colosan is really good laxative and loosens the stood upon first use. There is one precaution though. Do not take colosan with a full stomach as it will oxidize the contents inside and cause some agitation(stomach rumbling). The recommended dosage of 6 pill should only be taken with an empty stomach like say if you just woke up after 8 hours of sleep. This dosage will guarantee to flush out whatever is currently inside (if anything) and make your next bowel movement very smooth or perhaps watery. For those that dread watery stool, one or two at a time is good enough for loosening stool.

I had started using Colosan powder with very good results. I thought the capsules would do the same job and I was wrong. I found these capsules useless. I am sticking to Colosan powder.

Ca ne remplace pas une hydro colonique, cependant ce produit permet une régulation du transit et un nettoyage déjà conséquent.En consultant Internet j'ai relevé les points suivants: Attention de ne pas prendre plus de 2 gélules par jour, boire beaucoup d'eau tiède dans la journée, évitez les produits laitiers et animaux. Ce produit doit être pris à jeun, donc le matin au réveil. ""Absorber les gélules avec une cuillère à soupe de jus de citron ou de vinaigre de cidre diluée dans un grand verre d'eau tiède"". Résultat garanti.Si douleur abdominale ( colite) ou constipation importante il est possible de prendre encore 2 gélules le soir au coucher mais loin du repas du soir ( environ 3 heures ). Ne pas prendre ce produit juste après un repas. Le chlorure de magnésium, le charbon de bois actif, l'eau d'argile verte sont de bons compléments pour un nettoyage estomac-intestins.

J'ai mis cinq étoiles car ce produit a le mérite de nettoyer l'intestin en douceur.Je l'ai pris à raison de deux capsules matin, midi et soir pendant un week-end sur deux jours.J'ai eu la surprise de retrouver des morceaux de vieille membrane dans les WC le lendemain matin.Très efficace en complément de la cure du foie (à lire le livre d'Andréas Moritz: l'étonnant nettoyage du foie et de la vésicule biliaire).

vraiment à recommander. Le produit est très efficace et permet de vider ce qui doit l'être .....Je vous le conseille

J'utilise ce produit contre la constipation, en prenant 2 gélules tous les matins c'est efficace.
