Purchased this for my elderly mother who insists on doing her own ironing. Needed a very light iron that would not be too heavy with a full water tank.This has proved to be just right - light but not light too light as there is enough weight to help with applying pressure reduce to creases.Surface is also very smooth so the iron glides nicely. Cable length is good too,

Brought this for my mother-in-law who has arthritis in her wrists and was struggling with her previous iron. This was the lightest full size iron I could find - and she is very pleased with it. It doesn't cause her any problems with her wrists and she can iron again with ease. She is very pleased with it.

Nice lightweight iron, however it arrived with the water spout cover broken.

This product did not even switch on, contact number for Swan given in box does not exist, so 2 year warranty is useless
