Q: Does this come with X & Y games as well as the 3DS?

No. It is only the faceplates with the arts. We bought the game separately.

Q: is this include Pokemon x y

no. And, it is NOT clearly indicated on the packaging or the box. We ASSUMED that X & Y would be included in each unit. WRONG! We had to then spend another almost $100 to buy the games. Very deceptive packaging. Expensive too

Q: What region is the 3DS for? Europe, America etc..

The one I purchased is North American region, so I'll take it they are all North American.

Q: Does it come with a box

Yes, mine came plastic wrapped and in the box from the pictures.
