Relaxer Regular Twin Pak No-Lye

I love gentle treatment relaxer as it leaves my hair so completely soft. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars is because it's NOT a complete kit; it doesn't provide the neutralizing shampoo. If I hadn't had some from another kit, I would have put this in and not been able to neutralize it when needing to wash it out. So, if you are going to get this kit, you must buy your own neutralizing shampoo. Knowing this, if purchasing this product I will buy the proper shampoo in advance.

I liked the product. The only thing is that it did not have the shampoo or the setting lotion that is usually found in the kit. It would be great if the whole twin pak contained everything or you offered the shampoo and setting lotion.

NO RUBBER GLOVES OR STIRRER OTHER WISE GOOD

Great relaxer, happy to have found it online because it’s hard to find them in the stores.

This twin pack did not come with shampoo or conditioner. I prefer the single application

The hair relaxer only contains the simple cream, it has nothing to wash your hair with afterwards or to strengthen the hair after being relaxed. I want to know what can be done to fix my order. This is definitely a rip off.
