Great product and customer service
I purchased my Infuzium 420 several years ago to make it easier for me to make tinctures and infused oils for medical use. It was a joy to use and absolutely reliable, until a few weeks ago when my husband plugged it in and it didn't work. I was so sad because I have come to rely on it for making my medicine. I thought it might be out of warranty, but I looked on Amazon to see when I purchased it, and it was still within the 3 year warranty, so I emailed the manufacturer, STX international, and they replied on the next business day asking me for some specific information about the purchase. I sent a screenshot of my purchase on Amazon and they replied saying they would replace the machine and the power cord but regretted that they couldn't replace the accessories I had purchased with it. I was thrilled! They sent my new Infuzium out right away, and I received it a few days later. I used the new machine for the first time yesterday. It worked perfectly, just as it's predecessor had. I would highly recommended the Infuzium 420 and the company itself, STX international, because their customer service was the absolute best I have encountered in recent years.

Amazing, Effective, Easy to Use + Clean
Okay so I am new to this whole game, and my S/O warned me that this process can be an insane, sticky, smelly mess.NOT SO WITH THE INFUZIUM. Seriously, it was insane how easy and effective it was. And thank god for having a few days off for Christmas break (heheh). Follow the instructions to a T and you will not be disappointed.* Decarb using the recommended turkey bags (also available on amazon). Don’t skip it, and don’t skip the bag!* Get the sunflower lecithin (also available on amazon). It helps everything bind.* When using the filter — filter it into a larger container first, not directly into the molds - this helps avoid spillage. We used a Tupperware and poured into the molds from the Tupperware.* Tip: when filtering — I wear the glove, but I don’t USE the glove to push the mixture through the filter. This process is MUCH EASIER with two people. Person one holds the filter over the Tupperware/bowl/whatever. Person two uses one of the included spatulas (while wearing the silicone glove) to push the mixture down to the bottom, squeezing the liquid through the mesh. Repeat and push the mix back and forth across the bottom of the filter until all that’s left is basically dry, herby clay.* Toss the “clay”, clean the filter and the glove in the sink with warm soapy water, and follow the instructions for cleaning the machine (also insanely easy). Voila!Note - it is a bit loud, and it runs for 2 hours, so we put ours in a room upstairs and set the timer and walk away. HIGHLY recommend this product for any of your infusing needs.

Perfect for small volume tincture making!
Since my recent purchase I have made approx 8 tinctures, and I am thrillled at how easy it is. Pressing the “select” button several times to the mode one wants to use and then the “start” button, and one is good to go. It is also very nice that one can customize a program but I have not needed this feature yet.I love that this machine allows small volume-for non commercial tincture making this feature is a must-have. It makes the process fast: produce a tincture in 4 hrs versus 2-4 weeks!Cleaning it is straight forward but I wish one could take the blade out of a sort of locking mechanism as in blenders etc, and it would make it even easier. In my specific usage, the cleaning mode of the machine is not enough: I have to manually wipe herbs off the blade, and it’s stem. No biggie though! The blade motor is surprisingly loud, comes on intermittently, and does a good job. Due to noise and length of program: 4hrs...one might want to run the machine somewhere apart from where a conversation takes place.I am so glad to have bought this machine! The competitor : Magic Butter machine does not have the ability to do small volume-and henceforth was not under consideration. Getting all the filters, spatulas, a cookbook, and silicon forms for butter is also a generous bonus!

Simple and Effective
I’m used to making oil and butter on the stovetop, which is smelly and takes hours. This device doesn’t take near as long and is faster, and easier to clean up. There is almost no smell. I’ve only used it for oil, and after letting it steep for a couple weeks, before straining it, it creates a good product. I’m looking forward to making butter and tincture. I expect it will do a good job. I really like this thing. It’s a great device and the extras make it an even greater value than it already is. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy, when the motor kicks on every minute, or so, for about ten seconds. It’s a minor inconvenience. You could spend more. I can’t speak for the quality of those devices, but I think this is a good value. It makes a messy process much neater, easier to clean, and creates a great product. It’s a good value. I highly recommend it, if you are looking to make infusions and concentrates.

I tried to be skeptiable
I did I really did, but to no avail. If you don't own one you should. The quality of my oil is at a whole new level. From the decarb to making the oil was a snap, and super fast. Love the filter bags. I made gummies from the oil and again the quality was superb. There are no cons that I can see. The clean up was too easy. If you want to make you own edibles and or just infuse your buds into something new this is the set up. I got both the Infuzium 420 and the Activation 420, and you can't go wrong. The oil I made this time smooth and wonderful color. My wife and I are looking forward to exploring the possibilities.

has a few problems but its worth the money
to start with the bad.my handle broke the 2nd time i used it, i super glued it back together so its not the end of the world but im terrified what when i try to clean it it will fall and the unit will break.cleaning the base is super easy add some water and whatever else pop it on cleaning setting rinse it outthe top part is bad the handle is very flimsy make sure you support it and have one hand on the side alsoThe Good.everything else, it does what it says, 3 included settings for butter, oil and tincture, DIY setting to set time and temp, and a cleaning setting. what i really like is when its done most of the pulp is on the upper side of the of the bowl so i can easily move a bit and when it goes through the mesh screen its a more clean product, then i put the pulp into the mesh bag and squeeze it into a different container. it runs a bit loud but i just toss it in a spare room, the glove is a bit small but maybe i have big hands.

Good but still questions
I am wondering what you are all getting for canna butter. I seem to only be getting 1 1/2 cups from a 2 cup block of clarified butter. First time I made it I only got 1 cup out of 2 cups of butter. 2nd use I used 4 cups of clairified butter and only got 3 cups. I am following the instructions. I am at a loss. I made oil and got every drop of oil in return. any advice would be appreciated I am hoping someone from the magic butter machine team sees this.
