The air conditioning on my Seat Altea had stopped working, on inspection I found that the centre bolt had worked its way out which is a common fault with these Delphi compressors. The bolt had come loose and the splines had worn completely out of the clutch hub. Thankfully my air conditioning compressor was still turning and the system was still holding pressure(had recent re-gas). A new compressor is £300 so I thought I would give this part a try as it was so cheap and easy to fit. And I have to say I am well chuffed! Fitted the new part and my air con is now ice cold again! I did not use the bolts that came with the kit as I had some high tensile ones so I used them instead as the supplied ones didn't seem all that strong, but the clutch hub itself is well made and not far off the original. Overall very happy, just a note before you buy is to make sure that this part is actually the problem and to make sure that your compressor is still turning by hand and not seized as this will cause this part to fail. And put a small amount of thread lock on the bolts! Happy days!

Mijn airco deed het niet meer, dit onderdeel vervangen (want is een issue bij Volkswagen Golf), en nu functioneert de airco weer! Super!!! En veel geld gespaard! In de garage zegt men meteen dat je de gehele aircopomp moet vervangen, duur stuk, niet waar dus!!

Contrairement à partout, il y a qu’ici ou c’est disponible et ça permet de sauver un compresseur de clim et d’éviter de dépenser 800 € dedans

Der Austausch des Mitnehmers für die Magnetkupplung war relativ einfach. Der alte ließ sich nicht so einfach lösen, weil die Welle des Kompressors sich mitgedreht hatte und sich somit die Schraube sich nicht lösen ließ. Wir haben dann mit einem Brecheisen gegengehalten und dann ging es. Der Einbau lief problemlos und seit dem geht die Klimaanlage wieder.
