I like them because I'm not almost completely flat when I wear them. I use them to help bring the boys to the yard.

This is the best inserts and only inserts I have ever used.It is cheap. Convenient.I wore it in my bikini at a theme water park, it never fell out, noone questioned it or stared.This breat inserts BOOSTED MY CONFIDENCE BY 100%. I used to cry and every outfit I put on will not fit right at the breast area.I was dramatically insecure with my A cup breast. My hubsand loved my natural breast but he still doesnt understand how I feel when I actually wear clothes. I add these in my push up bra from Macy's and i actually look like I have some cleavage. Yes, it sounds funny, but it's true, these really work. I wore them everywhere. When I sleep over at my mother in law's or friends houses I refuse to take them off, for someone to accidentally run into it.My daughter turned two on new yrs day and from then on it was trouble this year, I usually leave my "boobs" sitting around the house as I get ready to go out, but one day she got a hold of it. She usually play with it calling it "boobs" and trying to wear it or put it in my bra while I lay in bed. But one day she got a hold of it and I was busy doing my hair and I was rushing to get out. That was it, it was no where to be found. I turned the house upside down looking for it, tortured my poor husband to help me find it, still it couldnt be found. The only thing I remember is my daughter in the garbage as I yelled at her to get out of it, her face was full of guilt, but I was to busy to look in the garbage, at the time of doing my hair, then I forgot about the garbage. By then when I remembered this, the garbage was gone. SO now I'm here buying another one or two. I think I might buy three for safety purposes. I shared my experience for parents with tods.

I love the inserts so much that I decided to order a second pair because I had accidentally punctured a small hole in my original pair. When I received my second order, they ended up being completely different inserts from the original pair. They are different shape, they have bumps on the back of them, they are very stiff and make my breasts look pointy, and they also are different color! I am attempting to contact the seller to ask if they can send me the original design that I ordered a few short months ago. This new pair is unusable. Why is there so much inconsistency on the inserts they are sending people? No wonder the reviews people write vary so widely.I bought this product because I am a transwoman looking for some extra help as I continue to progress through my transition. Listen up transgirls, this product is really great. They feel natural, very comfortable and fit in all sorts of bras just fine all day long. Never had any trouble of them finding their way out of my shirt. They do have a nipple on them, personally I find that appealing, but some others have expressed that they would rather not have that on there.The price is right. The quality is there. If you were looking at some other products online, specifically "Chrysalis Lingerie" and their inserts for $175.00 like I was. I can tell you, that it just isn't worth it. Use these instead, they are just as good, if not, better.

I bought these just so I could buy a big girl bra. You can only shop in the kids section for too long before you start getting really, really embarrassed. So I bought these to become a size A and boy do they work!Pros:+makes your boobies one more size (sorry, couldn't resist to put that joke in)+silicone, so it looks and feels more real than padding+great shape (Real quick on this. At first I put the thicker part of the insert directly on the bottom. This gives your boobs a perky, but pointed look. I learned that if you angle the thick part diagonally to the outside, it gives a more realistic shape)+comes in a good box for storage+easy to clean and take care of+great priceCons:-you need the right bra for these. I tried it with a couple of my bras and only some of them made them not look saggy. You'll need an entire bra cup size larger, too, with preferably an underwire. Take these to the store and look for a cheap bra you can use)-kind of heavy (They aren't too bad, but the do sag in certain bras)-there's no way you can wear these one day without someone noticing a big difference. (Start them off when you are entering a new job or moving to a new location because someone will notice something's up.)Overall, I'm very happy with the product. I just wish I could use my previous bras with this.

These inserts do add a cup size as advertised. I bought them right before I moved to a new town and have been wearing them ever since. I was barely an A cup before and these fill out a B bra on me. You do need to use full coverage bras that are lined and not padded. I guess you could use an unlined bra if you were really keen on showing off your fake nipples. Because I don't really have much real tissue to push up, they don't add any drama to my décolletage. They do balance out my proportions and fill out my clothes, which is all I was looking for.My problem with this product is that they don't breathe. I suppose that's normal because they are silicone, but I wasn't expecting this to be as uncomfortable as I've found it. They warm up and stick to your skin, which is nice because they don't shift around, but this can cause some irritation. When I'm wearing something with a neckline that will allow it, I'll wear a lightweight, tight-fitting cotton knit cami under my bra to keep these from sticking to me. Without the cami, I'm very aware of them and my boob skin is irritated at the end of the day.
