Dxhycc Sandalwood Fan (Set of 48 pcs) - Baby Shower Gifts & Wedding

Bought these for our July wedding and they were a hit. We wanted to give guests a fan for our outdoor July wedding ceremony and these were the perfect purchase.Pros:- great breeze when fanning ( I was skeptical given the holed design - but it works great!)- amazing quality- great wooden etched design- perfect wedding/event souvenirCons- not really a big one - but these are more for a couple of uses, more on the fragile side

I received exactly what I saw online, expected, and wanted. Simple lightweight wood fans with a carved pattern... to be used for by wedding guests for our August (hot summer) outdoor wedding reception. Reviews mention some fans being broken or split (I have 1 of 48 that has a little splinter but no big deal, still usable). Also reviews mention little thread like stings hanging from them (about 30% of mine did have this - beware, if you just cut these close you may cause a knot to unravel and then lose the stitch and maybe waste a fan...it’s very fine fishing line like clear thread, and while you could leave it, just check each one, either trim but not too close or tie an extra knot then trim if you feel you must. Okay one more point, I know a lot of these fans say “sandalwood” and maybe they are but they surely don’t smell like it - I’d bet if you researched it, they maybe used to be sandalwood and no longer are...or the sandalwood has no scent due to bleaching or cleaning...or maybe there’s translation confusion and sandalwood is what they’re calling balsawood? Doesn’t matter to me - these are pretty, work, and fit my needs. Great price, good quantity, good packaging (thigh no bubble wrap or protection, they were tightly wrapped).

I bought these fans very last minute for our July wedding, and I'm SO glad I did! We had a short ceremony outside so I figured a few would get used then and tossed, but they were such a hit! All the fans were gone, and guests not only used them outside at the ceremony but kept them all evening to use whenever they stepped outside. People also had fun taking pictures with them! For the price, the quality and size were better then I expected - but these are a one-night use item and probably wouldn't hold up for long. Not very sturdy but again, for the low price, I was very happy with these fans! The only thing I would change is that I wish these fans were offered in white - it would have made them look a bit nicer. Overall: great price, great item, exactly what is pictured, and I'd definitely recommend!

I bought a few packs of these for our wedding in the heat. They are made well enough and will look great in our venue. My only qualm is they aren't as functional as a fan as a paper fan would be. The holes don't catch as much air. Which should have been obvious, but alas. They work fine enough to keep them!

I purchased these fans last minute a few days before my September wedding in Washington, DC for guests to use and take as favors. I also decided to add a fan to each of my bridesmaids gift bags. Being that it was Labor Day weekend in DC with temperatures hovering around 90 degrees F, these fans could not have been MORE PERFECT. The fans not only looked beautiful and complimented the aesthetic of our outdoor garden party themed wedding, but people actually used them to keep cool in the summer heat!I only wish I had saved one for myself as the bride because I was extra warm in my dress that day. Fortunately my maid of honor carried hers around and helped fan me off during all of our wedding party photos with the sun beaming overhead.The bridesmaids and guests were LOVING the fans, the groomsmen wish they had fans, and I enjoyed seeing the fans actually being used by everyone!Thank goodness I ordered these because they were a WONDERFUL HIT. For a wedding with 170 guests, I really didn't think many people would use/take the fans so I only ordered 48. Wow was I wrong, we had NONE LEFTOVER! For the price, quality and prime two-day free shipping, these fans are the BEST!

I bought these fans for my outdoor wedding because it was the middle of August in New York and ended up being an 80 degree day. The fans had a shipping date of the day after my wedding but I ordered them in hopes they would show up before and they did 2 days before. Thank goodness we had these because it was so hot and everyone used them to keep cool. Beautiful and sturdy, well worth what I paid for them. Plus everyone got to take them home which they thought was cute.
