This is my second phone protector. it is rugged and really protects my phone from me. Yes, "me". I can be careless and rough with my phone. If it wasn't for this protector, my phone screen would most likely have several cracks and would be dinged in several areas.I highly recommend this phone protector.

I love the design of this item. However the plastic casing with the belt clip seems to eventually wear down and breaks. The first time I needed to replace it I dropped it. The corner I took a picture of broke. That was my fault. The second one broke without any real fault that I caused. That's the point I took my first picture. It's the release to get the phone off the clip. That was from maybe a year or more of just daily use of taking it in and out of that case.Honestly I love this item. I don't like carrying my phone in my pocket and it feels protected in this case. If I have another one break from the same problem I'll be looking for a new design.

I like the case itself because it is very sturdy. This issue I have is with the holster. I t holds the phone in place very well but the top clip is very stiff and if the alignment is not perfect it will not snap in place. I have inadvertently broke two clips since purchasing in November 2022.Vena has responded quickly both times. The first time the holster was replaced. I am waiting on the second response because this incident just happened today.

Had it about 8 to 12 months before it broke the kick stand broke.

Heavy duty, Rugged, Military Grade?! It's a joke. The plastic tab that locks and holds the phone on to the holster broke within few months of normal and gentle use. Can not use the belt clip holster anymore. There are a lot of reviews since 2020 that mention about this problem. Apparently, the manufacturer has done nothing to rectify the issue. People who write reviews should use the product for a reasonable amount of time before leaving great reviews. My return window has closed and there's no option to contact the seller through Amazon.If you don't use or care about the belt clip holster or looking for something that lasts only few months, then buy this product.

I bought this protective case at the same time as getting my Samsung S10+ phone about six years ago and the phone still looks like new despite some nasty drops and occasionally being jumbled around in my backpack while travelling. Add in a glass protective screen for extra protection like I did and you may never need to buy another phone.
