Best sofa
Pros: This is the best sofa I have used so far. Comfort level, the size, looks all is worth the money paid for. I bought the grey color and it looks so elegent. Totally loving it. Looks sturdy yet lightweight. Can easily push the sofa while cleaning the floor. Also the height of the sofa is good enough to vacuum or mop the floor. The fabric is good quality and looks expensive than what I paid for.Con: Its a huge sofa so check the size before buying. You need a bigger living room to fit it.

Defective and difficult to maintain Service Centre no response
Sofa isn't comfortable as seating is not well balanced because its not given proper support at the seating cushions.Also fabric material gets dirty easily due to the quality of the fabric. Support guy don't pick calls for any help. So 1 year warranty is no use.

Very unevenly uncomfortable
The product looks good and classy which is the reason we fell for the couch. But comfort wise it sucks. Some of the seats are hard and some very soft which makes you feel uneven and oddly uncomfortable. For long time lounging it’s a bad idea. The ottoman provided is awesome!! Then again the stitching is very mediocre. For a 35k couch it’s very very mediocre product. Can see the stitches outside so finishing wise it’s not great craftsmanship too. Not very much satisfied with the couch. If you want only looks then go for it but if you want valued product which will last for years better not. You

Not recommended
Product is good.... But we will not get covers if you want to change or when it is damaged...... Maintenance is very difficult.... When I bought they said they would make extra covers with cost... I was ready to pay to make 3 sets... But they did not provide ..... please try to avoid to buy
