They advertise extra strength but send you the plain Bayer Back and Body. Don’t waste your money if your looking for the extra strength

Mom used to give us Bayer aspirin when were children. I gave it to my children as well. However, the pain I experienced called for more. Now, I have to take prescription pain medication. I ran out and was not able to refill, so I purchased Bayer Back & Body. It did relieve my pain so I was able to do more than sit and hope for the best. I would use Bayer again and recommend it to family and friends. This is a wonderful product. Keep up the good work Bayer!

LOVE this product! For those fans of the now hard-to-find Anacin, you will find the same aspirin/caffeine combination of ingredients in the Extra Strength Back and Body version of Bayer and in the same dosage amounts. I have found that this particular combination of ingredients works the best for my headache pain and also takes care of many of the aches and pains of overdoing or arthritis. Now that I don't have children in the house, going back to an aspirin product that works best for me only made sense.

I play a lot of volleyball and I am a power hitter, I buy this on Amazon for around $8 after coupon slipped and it's about $3-$4 cheaper than the store. It is very strong and it does its job. I went from taking 2x500mg a day (I had some serious shoulder issue and I was constantly in pain for about a month) to only 1x500mg before a volleyball session. Great price and product.

Sometimes just prefer aspirin over other pain relievers.

This it the best product I've found for headaches, but take this warning seriously.Continual use will lead to rebound headaches worse than the original pain.This is addictive in that your body will create headaches at increasing amounts to get more of the asprin / caffeine combo.Great med but do not use daily.

This is the best OTC pain medicine I've used for my back, etc. I've tried them all, and this one works best, although there's the danger of bleeding. I have had no bleeding, and have been taking this for quite some time.
