Reviber Plus Vibrating Plate Exercise Machine

I got this for myself and my mum as we were mostly at home and hardly had any exercise. This machine is robust, not loud, and really does vibrate all your body.I use it twice a day, 10 minutes each time and I do some of the suggested exercises - I mostly do standing and squat type exercises in the morning and arms/ upper body in the evening using the resistance bands that come with it.I feel good after each session, it helps blood circulation and I feel generally better in my body.I saw a reduction in cellulite on my thighs and bum after 2-3 weeks of daily use. I’ve had it for a month now and have noticed some toning on these parts too as well as my abs but nothing too crazy.I also changed my way of eating by following IIFYM style (calories and macros).I mainly got this machine because I read it helps with circulation and joints and it really does do that as I have less pain in my joints in the morning when I wake up.Initially you might feel some aches or pains on your body after the first few sessions, but try to stick with it because this will pass and you will feel better after a week or two. I had aches on my shins initially but it went away after a week.All in all a good product and I’m very pleased with it.

In use, it feels powerful enough for a real workout yet remains quiet enough so that you don't even need to raise your voice to carry on a conversation. Comes with power cable, a neat little remote, good quality resistance bands which attach securely, and an instruction booklet with pictures and recommended times and speeds for various illustrated exercises.I would like to make one point which I feel is important. Nowadays with so much automation in manufacture and the delivery chain, its unusual for something to go wrong, either with delivery or the product itself. How I tend to rate a company is how they actually perform when something does go wrong.I had an issue with my first machine, which, after a swiftly answered series of emails back and forth to Leanne at Customer Services, was sorted out incredibly quickly, with a replacement machine being delivered a couple of days later.We're pretty quick nowadays to (rightly) call out poor service, so I think its also important to highlight a company that strives to get it right and goes the extra mile to give first class customer service.Highly recommended!

Bought this for a Christmas present for my wife for pain relief in her legs and hips but when she opened the box, she picked out the leaflet on the top which stated that this equipment must not be used by anyone with a heart condition. There are a few other medical conditions which preclude the use of this device. I couldn't see this on the Amazon description when I bought it in November. Because of this, we never even plugged it in.On it's plus side, it looks and feels like a very sturdy piece of equipment and is packaged well. Can't speak for anything else though.

It's good. It does what it says and after 10 minutes I've got hot doing precisely nothing , so passive exercise works and it's fun.But it will niggle and irritate back and neck problems so be careful. I imagine knees and hips could be similarly sensitive.

Just a job that it’s supposed to would recommend it

Have only had the product 48hrs so cannot give a realistic review as yet. I will say not please that on attempting to use distance bands one of the claps attaching to base of V. P broke and one of the batteries for the remote eas dented but still works . Will contact company to get replacement resistance band. Other than that the unit seems to be working. So keep my fingers crossed going forward.
