It’s awesome, but I wish it can extend a little more down for easier access when dropping mushrooms in. Otherwise it’s a great and helpful thing. I love the mesh on the bottom to let the mushrooms breathe, and release their spores.

The design of this bag works well for myshroom foraging. When worn over the shoulder and hung to your front, it will fall open at the mouth so you can put your mushrooms in easily. I recently used it while picking black trumpet and it worked great while also not crushing my mushrooms which tend to break easily. The pocket that the bag can stuff into for storage worked well for a small field guide and a knife The pocket doesn't fasten closed though so these items could fall out. My only complaint is that it seems a little pricey for the material used. I can't complain too much though since they got me.

I bought this for my adult daughter. It came way earlier than expected. It is way better than I expected. The mesh is great for the mushrooms to spore and it fits comfortably. I don't forage for mushrooms but I rock hunt. Will be getting myself one for the river. Very happy customer!!!
