I’ve been taking the seeds for about 3 months , I’ve lost 20 pounds so far . I just want to make sure if you are gonna use it make sure you drink a lot of water and take a magnesium and potassium supplement because you go to the bathroom a lot . Some people get dizzy, and I did a research on it cause I did get dizzy so I found that it could be due to dehydration or magnesium and potassium deficiency. Great product but make sure you don’t have any kidney issues .

I take a little piece every night and also drink lots of water. It definitely makes you go to the bathroom and you’ll poop out everything. I don’t have any side effects from it and I also take medication for my mental health and it doesn’t interfere it. I definitely recommend this if you want to just get rid of junk in your body. I’ve been taking this for a couple months. I hope this helps.

Empecé a consumirla desde mediados de agosto, 2020 hasta ahora he bajado 10 Kilos hay que tener cuidado sobre los efectos secundarios y no consumir cantidades grandes, beber bastante agua tengan paciencia y veran los resultados no olviden consumir potasio Definitivamente lo recomiendo pero tengan precaución con las cantidades que ingieren...Es una actualización de esta reseña estamos a finales de Julio, 2021 y ya he perdido 24 kilos desde que comencé con esta semilla además que les sugiero que obvio bajen la cantidad de comida que ingieren y hagan un poco de ejercicio para que puedan ver resultados más rápidos

I only rated this 1 star because I do feel this product is dangerous. As far as the customer service/ product being shipped/received... that was done very quickly... **It was the product that I am writing about. I only took it for 3 days & a friend did it for 2 days. We both ended up very ill. I had a migraine, nausea and the "other"... I get what a "cleanse" can do to you BUT it was all the other symptoms that scared me and why I quit taking it after 3 days. I had a migraine for 3 days, then it quit and kicked right back up a day later. I felt like I was hit by a truck, my body was so sore all over... I could only wonder what would happen if I continued taking this product. Just my experience... it took over a week after being off of this product, to feel my self again. I bought two pkgs of 2 by accident and returned 1 of them... I didn't feel right returning the open boxes...

The media could not be loaded.  It does give me nausea. I took 2 days so far, first morning it made me use bathroom in morning, not bad experience. Nausea is most uncomfortable thing for me. I have to update later to see of works/worth it

Perdí 6 libras en 2 semanas sin hacer ejercicio y sin llevar una dieta, me gusto mucho porque no es como otros productos que te mandan al baño todo el día, solo dan ganas de ir al baño 3 veces al día solo un poco más suaves las heces pero no diarrea.....lo recomiendo 100% (De preferencia es mejor tomarlo antes de dormir, trabaja en la noche y en el día te va hacer efecto ).

So I was a little on the fence about buying this after reading all the reviews. But I took a chance. Received the products in the mail today. Didn’t expect such small bottles. I have a friend who’s taking these as well and she has advised me to start with half a seed each night for a week to see how it affects my body. Then proceed to taking one whole one a day. Currently I am 182 and my goal weight is 160. Let’s see if it works! I’ll post an update in the future! Wish me luck! Also I bought potassium rich foods and plan to drink lots of water a day as recommended on the bottle!!
