Shotgun Weapon Light AA Batteries 300 Lumen fits Mossberg 500 590

Fits like a glove! In case you are wondering, it does fit the Mossberg Shockwave. It takes some patience, but it is well worth it. It required no trimming or modifying. The light is plenty bright for shotgun distances. The included tool does work, but it was a bear to get the cap off. Took about an hour and a half but I cleaned the firearm as I went. Be ready for about a 60% disassembly of the firearm to get this forend on, but with it not requiring any mods to the forend it's well worth it!

I originally gave it 1 star because it did not fit. Come to find out, mine was just missing an adapter. So, with all of the proper pieces I give it 4.5 stars. The picatinny rail is a little small, so the light it comes with only fits this unit, however you can get other lights to fit the picatinny if your light mount is able to be adjusted. It’s a little bulky. But that can actually be a plus. The grip isn’t too textured but it’s easy to hang on to. It’s solid construction, seems durable. The light isn’t super bright but I think it’s the perfect brightness for a home defense scenario. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Great addition, for a home defense firearm. Very well made, and a perfect fit for the Mossberg 500A. This comes with everything you need, the wrench, which is not perfect, but it works, even comes with the batteries. It also comes with the needed adapter for the 500A. Added the Shockwave Technologies Tactical Strap, (https://www.amazon.com/Tactical-Mossberg-Handguard-Forend-Shotgun/dp/B075WXVMBM/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8) which adds another level of safety, and control. Oddly light has failed, I have contacted Adaptive Tactical, will update when issue is solved.After assembly/installation, test fired with no issues. Highly recommend this for anyone, with a home defense shotgun. Changed the firearm from a pistol grip forend, to the "Adaptive Tactical Ex, takes less room, and is less cumbersome.

Fit perfect on my Mossberg 590M with heat shield. Really like it honestly, not too much give and has a nice feel to it. I really wanted a flashlight for my shotgun but did not want it side mounted, this setup fit the bill on that perfectly. I love that it comes with a cover cap as well for when you don't need the flashlight. Also the fact that the flashlight uses standard AA batteries is awesome. Plenty bright enough for home defence in my opinion.

Good but missing pieces.This is a good product. Didn’t receive adapter and forend tool as shown in the instructions to install this. I Hope this can get fixed otherwise it will be returned. The installed piece works but there is a lot of play when racking the forend back and forth and the adapter piece I think would fix this.

Better buy a different forend tool! The one that comes with this requires you to practically completely disassemble the shotgun to use it.I suggest using https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0091EKBA0/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to make the job so much easier! And the plastic spacer is pretty cheap too. Why could ATI not included a metal spacer? Come on guys, you can do better than that.The 300 lumen light is plenty sufficient for inside a home and for sure 20-50 ft outdoors. Other tac lights are boasting 1200 lumen which for anyone not in LE is just way too much illumination.

Nice tight fit. Was very surprised with how well it fit...action operates smooth and no wobble. Flashlight ia decent. Overall good product. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because it came in the mail and the package was opened and it came with 1 AA battery instead of 2 and there were no instructions...no big deal but the details are what set someone/something apart
