We just completed a remodel of our master bathroom and had the showerhead installed. Our contractor did the installation so I can’t speak to the ease of installation. The showerhead is massive and really impressive looking in our walk in shower. The wand feature is also really great for cleaning the shower off. My only complaint is that the water pressure isn’t quite what I thought it would be, but that might be because of our water pressure rather than the showerhead itself. My husband was hesitant to get a showerhead this big, but he loves it now.

I love this shower head. It’s modern and attractive and was far less than it would have cost to have one put together and includes a lot for the money. I looked for weeks for something I liked. We have been using it for about a month, three showers a day among our family members with no issues. It is solid brass and was HEAVY. The hand held has great pressure and it all works very well, no leaking.Just FYI, We put it in a new construction and had no problem with it passing inspection. It was installed by a professional plumber and he had no problem with missing parts, installation, etc. so I can’t speak for the ease of installation or anything else. We didn’t have any problems and it works like a dream.

This shower head is so beautiful, well made and everything I was looking for. The shower head doesn’t have much pressure, it’s more like falling rain, which I love. The handheld head has good pressure. I have hard water so I wipe it down dry as soon as I’m done showering in hopes to protect the gold finish long term. I truly hope this faucet stands the test of time.I will be updating my review if anything changes but for now I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.

This is a beautiful color shower, but if you're working to match gold colors in your bathroom - this will likely be closer to a dark brass than a golden color. It doesn't even match the color of the gold TRUSTMI shower drain that we bought with it.

This showerhead adds class to any bathroom. The rainfall showerhead is perfect for relaxing and the handheld sprayer offers more pressure for rinsing your hair if needed. It's easy to switch between the two sprayers, unlike other showerheads. We have hard water in my area and this has held up well.

We bought this in 2020 but kept it in its package until we were ready to put our bathroom together (last night). What we found was at least one missing piece, and a plate that is supposed to fit over two nozzles that is entirely too small to do so. My husband is currently spending hours grinding the openings in hopes to make it work. This is complete crap. We don’t know if our solution will even work- but even if it does, we have a finishing piece missing This will be the most bootleg shower ever. Customer service can’t help me since we bought it so long ago. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars and will likely have to buy a whole other shower system

Purchased this for a bathroom renovation. Very happy with the product. The shower head has a nice flow and the handheld is perfect for giving our dogs a quick rinse. If you are someone who likes a good pressure wash, this is not for you. The water comes out like rain.Our contractor was nervous when he saw we were going with gold tones after one of his recent projects ended up with all different tones of gold. This shower head matched the other gold tone products we picked out perfectly, even from other brands. Our contractor also was pleasantly surprised that the kit came with the box that goes in the wall and commented on how well made everything was. Compared to name brand products from the big box stores, this product was a great value for the look and price.

Received this package yesterday and while upcoming it today I noticed the gold plate where the water know is supposed to placed is already tranish as if it was already used and returned. Also the diverted for the hot and cold is missing. I should've know something was up by the packaging as if they got a return and tape it back up and sent it to the next person who ordered which happened to be me. This is frustrating because im in the process of getting my bathroom redone and trying to find a "perfect" gold to match my other fixtures is challenging and this came close to it. Only plus is the color is the best o could find and the shower head is a nice size so that's why I'll give it 2 stars other than that the process of return starts now.

Great product. Full rain shower overhead and wand is great for pets too. Loved it so much we bought this again for our basement bathroom reno in photo shownRecommend!
