Came directly from China and is no longer made by original company
The capture card would not work. I called Elgato for support and was advised this particular card is no longer made for their company. These were shipped directly from an unauthorized factory in China that was selling on Amazon. I was advised to ensure to order only from Elgato website. Which I will do in future.
