Exact FIT for my Alpha 1
I give this item 2 stars for the "easy to install" feature as there is NOTHING EASY regarding installing bellows on a Mercruiser outdirve.IF you are not a seriously good mechanic - take your boat drive to a Mercruiser repair place and let them fight with it. They will have some tools to make the job easier but it is STILL a pain to install Bellows.Pulling outdrive apart - 30 minute job. Putting it back together? Maybe 3 hours. If you are going to try to install bellows yourself - get the Mercury version of instructions on how to perform the installation. Get it wrong and you be repeating your "fun!"My boat is a 1979 SEARAY and on its third outdrive rebuild. My first "rebuild" - had to wait on dealer/repair for months - and a few years later, gear issue. Decided the $$$$$ (ya - lots of greenbacks) was not worth the quality of service. So bought some special tools and taught myself how to repair the critter.t

Waste of money and time
I would not buy this product I installed march of 23 went out today to get boat ready for the season and the bellows are all ripped apart, and we stored the boat with the out drive in the down position . Waste of time and money

Gimbal bearing and bellows
I have a 1987 rinker I/O mercruiser 3.7 liter. Gimbal bearing I got was a greasable bearing so when I installed it I had to make sure the grease hole was aligned correctly. The bell housing gasket seemed to be made cheap because mine broke in about 3 places. Put everything on and boat is working again.

If you plan on keeping your boat buy MerCruiser if you plan to sell it then this is good for you
It was a good product came a day early and the rubber is thick if it's not quite like OEM or like Mercruiser or Sierra but close

Has all the equipment however I ordered it in error as I had found a better package and cost to return was as much as the package to begin with.
