cleans my monitor, tv screen, and glare resistant coated glasses without any damage. this stuff seems expensive at first glance but it lasts a really long time. this purchase ended up being a incredible value. will purchase again if it ever runs out.

12/29/12: I am editing my review Completely as I have ordered the optimist prime solution again from Shaggymac (not from Amazon); this time Shaggymac included at no cost Their special cleaning microfiber? cleaning cloth along with the optimist prime solution. I noticed that with their cloth, I could use the solution when sprayed on the laptop screen: When used with their cloth after spraying an amt of the glossy laptop screen, I wiped in a circular motion, buffing it out (not pressing too hard)Using the dry end of the buffing cloth to buff it out carefully in a circular motion: This time, the end job was very impressive, no smears, a very glossy prefect cleaning job making the screen look very good, Very Impressive indeed. Many thanks to Shaggymac (yes, its expensive, but well worth it) [...]A+1/26/13: I am editing my review of this product. I had previously stated that the cleaning cloth that Shaggymac provided with their kit worked well with their cleaner fluid provided. However I have found that the Cleaning Cloth that Is Provided with the Shaggymac Optimist solution is Not Soft enough to clean Very Fragile High Gloss lcd laptop screens, so I am Suggesting that You Use A very Soft Microfiber cleaning Cloth (Not the one from Shaggymac, that one is too thick, has a rubbery feel to it and actually seems to scratch the Lcd while cleaning it.) The cloth I am using now along with the optimist solution is a small square grey colored cloth I purchased from a lens/eyeglass cleaner kit quite some time ago, it feels like a nylon type fiber to me but is very soft and does not scratch the lcd as the shaggymac Cloth provided with the kit seems to. Remember, you should always keep your cleaning cloth very clean, hand wash w a drop of laundry detergent then dry in your dryer (alone, separately) or squeeze all the water out after you have completely rinsed the cloth w warm, then cold water then place on plastic hanger to dry.

Works Great!
I haven't used many screen cleaners so I don't have a very big basis for comparison, but I used this product today and I am extremely impressed with how well it did. I just wish that the price was about half as much to justify buying it for myself beings most cleaners seem to fun about $10 for a bottle this size (from what I've seen on here anyway). In all honesty, although I love how well this worked I will be going with a different cleaner purely due to the price point.
