PLAID ENTERPRISES, INC. FA Multi Surface 8OZ 14K Gold, 8 Oz

I wanted to paint the inside of my lamp shades golden but leave the outside black, so a spray wouldn't work here. Bought this and the 24K mixed them and applied the paint with a sponge. Needed a couple layers. But I love how they turned out.

I needed to paint a powder coated van roof rack gold. I was worried about adhesion on that kind of surface and durability being outdoors and didn't want to use an aerosol product. In searching various gold paints on amazon, I saw a couple of reviews that mentioned this brand would be better for this purpose. It adhered very well to the surface without and presanding or primer. I did have to do a lot of coats, but that was because I used this on a black textured surface. I also used it to paint a black plastic ratchet strap handle that would also be outside 24/7. It has been over a month in high temperatures, wind, ran, etc and still looks fresh and new. I have attached before and after pics, and a closeup.

Ähnlich wie das 24K Gold von Deco Art Extreme Sheen erzeugt auch dieses Gold Zellen, allerdings neigen die Zellen beim Trocknen dazu, ineinander zu laufen. Zudem finde ich die Farbe nicht ganz so schön. Aber insgesamt eine gute Alternative zu dem 24K Gold.
