Emperor's Kitchen Organic Kuzu (Japanese Arrowroot), 17.6-Ounce Bag

First got this Brand of Kuzu in the small jar. It proved to be pretty good and since I use Kuzua lot, I was delighted to find it in this larger bag - cuts the cost somewhat.Tip for use: It dissolves perfectly if you do it right: Put some in a fine mesh strainer, press the chunks with a spoon to break up the particles and put in a pint jar. THEN ADD a small amount of COLD WATER.> Next shake the jar and let sit a few minutes and then shake again and pour over stir fries... gives them that glorious shiny coating. Can also be used to calm an upset stomach. HIGHLY Recommend.

would be nice if the price was cheaper but i get it, getting over 1lb. had a funny taste, couldn't make it out but i put it in the oven for a few and it came out better. wont buy again, will look for something else that is cheaper.

I luv it. I was getting it ordered evry month because I pop them in my mouth and eat them as they are. So good n crunchy. But it's too pricey for a 17.6oz bag if it was 20oz that would be fair but I couldn't no longer spend the money on it. I will buy more if they get cheaper. Others but Bot San Day kuzu for jus a few dollars

It's good. Some previous reviews said something about a garlic taste. I catch a hint of it here and there. It's worth the price.

It smells like there is garlic powder in it. Not real japanese kudzu at all. Eden is much better. I wanted to return it but they do not accept returns. Bad business.
