Beautiful colors
Used the colors to decorate some polycarbonate molds to create filled chocolates for client gifts at Christmas. They turned out very well. Going to use them again to create my own transfer sheets for Valentine chocolates. They are exactly as described.

Good
I like it, however, when I bought it I thought it was Cocoa Butter Colouring, but instead its Colored Cocoa Butter (at a high concentration). You have to temper it before using, otherwise it will not stick well to the chocolate or develop fat bloom almost instantly.

Wrong colors
Not even close to the cool colors it said they would be. Had black and teal, not white and silver. The white was the whole reason I bought this pack :(

Not great for my intended application but is fantastic for something else.
This product is hard for me to rate. The containers are small and when it arrives it is rock hard. If you want a small amount you need to scrape it out of the container.IF you are using these for the outside decoration of your chocolates it DOES need to be tempered. Kind of hard to do when the container is so small and you have to practically chisel it out. Other similar products I have seen they suggest microwaving their product until most of it is melted and then shake it continually to temper it with the unmelted cocoa butter left inside the container. That said. . . IF you purchased these to color white chocolate you will enjoy these! They are super pigmented! I tried many different colorants to color white chocolate (Real white chocolate which has an ivory color and not candy melts, or melting wafers) None of the other products worked it always gave me an off color. However when I used these colorants it worked really really well. My white chocolate turned an actual blue instead of a green. And a little went a long way. Working with about 1 cup of white chocolate I scraped in some of the unmelted colored cocoa butter in with the chocolate and melted and tempered it together. Sometimes I will heat up the container till the cocoa butter starts to melt and I will poke a skewer past the hard butter on top and then stir that into my already tempered white chocolate. It works very well.Oh, and wear gloves. This gets everywhere and stains your skin even if you wash it off immediately.

Good colours
The colours were excellent but the product contains quite small individual colours that look smaller than those displayed in the original photo so was only able to colour a very small amount of chocs
