purchased this for my daughter thinking what a cute little watch. got it, dont like it. the instructions don't explain anything on how to work it, activate it, what app to download, nothing. Cant switch time or date to correct. the watch is useless. i activated the $5 plan with tracker, sim still doesnt work. ughh what a nightmare. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I got this smart watch to my daughter on her B-Day, it says free SIM card included thinking that it active but basically it means nothing, you still need to buy a service from third party so you get SIM card anyway it only save you 5 bucks, the battery will not last for 4 hours after charging it overnight (it should last approximately 2-3 days) , that what make it unreliable, I asked my daughter why not wearing it she said no point of wearing it it keeps turning off.

I bought 2 for my kids as a birthday present. Able to activate sim cards, but couldn't activate internet connection. Got written description from seller, unfortunately it didn't help. It wasted my 2 weeks. I already refunded both. Do not recommend anybody.4-5 of my friends already unhappy with this product. Battery needs charging every 3 hours.

Returned this product. I’m 29 and I couldn’t figure the darn thing out... how is my 6 year old going to operate it?
