I gave these 4 stars because the cupping is not as strong as a professional cupping session but in the long run it can be just as successful. Reason is, with professional cupping you are not doing it on a daily or weekly basis but with these at home you can do it daily. I waited before doing this review and did a little research. Regular cupping that is less harsh like these can be just as successful in regards to blood flow. I’m not a doctor but that what I’ve learned online. Side note these cups show less red marks and less toxins marks but again are good for blood flow increase. They are easy to apply and to remove.

I am a Licensed Massage therapist and use these in a vast majority of my sessions. I took an expensive hands on course by a very reputable brand and wanted some More of the silicon cups and found these on Amazon for a fraction of the price! I know how to use these efficiently because of my training. With that said, an average person probably would not be able to find use in these. There is somewhat of a trick to them, not just “pushing” them into the skin.Works great if you have knowledge in silicon cups!

I spend most of the day hunched over a computer screen just looking at the numbers and it really takes a toll on my back. I hire a massage therapist to come over twice a week just to ease the pain. My co-worker, noticing my dilemma, recommended this product to me. I tried it out since I figured I had nothing to lose. I really had no expectations for these, but I was very surprised to find how effective they were. Within a span of a few days, my back pain had eased considerably. I'm glad I decided to give these a try. It's saved me a lot of money.

Not easy to use, no real suction power for ones feet . Might work on legs or back but definitely need someone to help you use them

At first I was displeased with these. I left a not so good review. which I've deleted. I'll confess. It was my fault. I was using them on my dry skin. I know, I know. Obviously I wasn't thinking. I started using them with almond oil on my legs and buttocks. Suction is great! They do not fall off and I've had these since August. I would recommend these. I'm going to purchase another set.

Worked great for my back and leg muscles. It requires a bit of effort in trying to find the right place to stick the cups on, but once you get it, you won't regret it. It feels good. Don't expect this to be as strong as professional-grade suction cups, however, as these are probably mainly for home use. If you aren't the greedy type, you'll be surprised by how fantastic an experience these cups are for you.

I bought these for cupping but because they are weaker in suction I use them on my shoulders so they don’t leave dark marks.

These are a great deal for the price...........if you are interested in high suction cups that will increase bloodflow and work quickly these are the cups. They are easy to use, easy to clean and are just the right size to fit in most places on the body. I would recommend you buy this size as well as smaller sizes if needed because they are all one medium size.
