Kratos Commercial Freezer- 2- Solid Door Reach-In, Stainless Steel Exterior, 54" W (67K-005)

This is the worst machine I have ever purchased. I've had problems with it since day one. They replaced compressor and the unit started to ice and shut off. Finally had a chance to contact and now it's out of warranty. Even tho I have called several times about this issue. Wouldn't recommend if they gave it free

Bought this to replace a little chest freezer that stored a quarter as much and provided access to maybe a fifth of what it stored without major digging. Everything's so easily accessible now; it's great.Downsides:- The thing is *loud.* It seems to be running like all the time (it fires up the compressor every ten or so minutes).- When the doors close after being open for several seconds, they cannot be opened until the unit repressurizes.- The repressurization is also *loud*. It sounds as though some kind of fluid is being drawn up, or perhaps as if some rotor occasionally turns over wrong or hits on the side of the device. This doesn't always happen, but it's frequent and jarring.Overall I'm glad I bought this. Its location is such that the noise is not a big bother, and as long as it continues cooling, I don't care about the other quirks.Also worth noting that shipping was good; the unit was in great condition when it arrived. Some of the bolts on top seemed a little loose, which was unsettling, but ultimately harmless.

Purchases freezer less than a year ago for the American Legion. Freezer stopped working last week. Made contact with the company to try to get warranty work started. I have yet to receive a phone call back after calling everyday this week. When I do get contact with somebody I get transferred to another department and never hear back from them. Absolutely ridiculous warranty work. Probably going to have to hire an outside professional company to come service the unit since they are ignoring me.

This freezer is already giving me problems within the first 6mos of purchased. They came out and fixed it. Now just over a year, it has the same problem with the draining water for the cooler system. Now it is out of the warranty. Totally a poor product. I would not want to buy this again or recommend to anyone else.

This stopped working (the motor started pulling too much current for any plug to withstand it) after just 8 months!!! I called and emailed to get it repaired under warranty but verbatim “we cannot come repair your freezer since it is at a residence, we only do repairs at commercial or business locations.” I am beyond livid, I’m thinking of getting a lawyer!!! This is highway robbery!!! Customer beware!!! Horrific product and horrible customer/warranty service!!! Going to the BBB!

The item is not the Kratos 69k-765 as advertised. This is a cheap chinese made freezer unit. A different brand arrived, it was damaged, had the wrong owners manual, and was a nightmare trying to resolve. Finally got it picked up by a shipping company for a return today after numerous messages and attempts. The construction of the unit was very poor. It had screws that had fallen out inside. The interior insulation was either damaged or just not built well leading to severe cold and condensation on the outside of the unit in places. The motor was loud and ran continuously, probably because the temperature constantly fluctuated between a 10 degree range due to it leaking cold air. Also the top of the unit had screws that the manufacturer or someone had hastily put in at an angle and stripped out. The unit is cheap for a commercial unit, but you definitely get what you pay for. Save ur money and buy a main brand from a box store. This company and unit were huge disappointments and felt like a big scam. The company insists on documenting damages with the shipping company, I’m guessing it’s just so they can claim insurance on an item they already know is defective.
