NOT what I ordered. The company sent me a different version of this product, no caffeine and instructions are to take 2 caps THREE times a day instead of once a day. So... that means that it will only last 10 days instead of a month??

I like it I took it 30 minutes before I eat but after 30 min I wasn't even hungry

Easy to swallow
Medium sized pills that are easy to swallow. Doesnt leave a bad taste in your mouth. Only tried for two days so far so not sure of the effectiveness.
