This arrived missing a foot (see image attached) which mean it won't stand up on its own it tips over.We have jammed a book under it so that we can use it but it's not ideal and for that price I would have liked it to be in good order and not missing something so essential.Despite that - This blender is a beast.solid, robust will blend nuts in a smoothie so smoothe you wouldnt know there were any nuts in it.Very good blender I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the missing foot.If the seller can send me the missing foot I will update the star rating to 5 stars*****UPDATE*****The seller kindly sent the missing foot so I am very happy.It really is a very good quality, very powerful and robust machine.I made almond nut butter with it last week.I believe this blender can do anything a vitamix can do and possibly better.😊

The product is well made and powerful, but because it's very narrow it seems it's only really good for things that are quite liquidy. I think it'll be good for smoothies, but a friend of mine has the ninja blender and it has loads more attachments, is better for blending thicker things like vegan cheese bases, and also seems much easier to wash out. I feel like anything that's at all gooey i'm losing loads of it just because I can't get to the bottom to scrape it properly.

If you use a blender regularly and the current one you have can’t handle ice, or seeds etc, opt for this and you won’t go far wrong. It’s built solidly and having been used daily since we bought it, it really is a good quality machine. A little noisy but you have to expect that.Smoothies are like they should be now and we don’t have to shy away from using ingredients that never used to break down properly with the old blender. Price wise, it’s a gem as well!

I've owned the item for about 5 weeks, I use it only about once a week and the lights have just gone out! Just stopped working while I was making my smoothie! Trying to process the return now

This was great for about 2 months. Used it every day.Now whenever I use it, it leaks from the bottom.I might expect a cheap blender to scrap out after a couple of months not a more expensive commercial blender.

Back in America I had a Vitamix (the original professional blender with a dull blade). Now that I'm in Europe I wanted another Vitamix but didn't want to pay again. So I tried this after reading reviews and watching YouTube videos. I don't regret the purchase one bit. It is honestly a little more cheaply made than the other but not so cheap that I would rate it down. It is still a quality product. I've pureed celery, carrots and anything else you can imagine. I love taking leftover veg from dinner and making a soup to enjoy the next day. Takes leftovers to a whole new level. I have also pulverized ice.

It's been good so far, I've been using it daily for about 4 weeks and it is easy to clean and hasn't had any problems blending whatever I've put in there.
