Thanks for asking! The dimension of the see-through phone holder located in front of this cart cover is 7.5" x 5.5", so there is no problem to fit your iPhone10. This shopping cart cover product is well cushioned. You can read the reviews from other buyers about the padding. Plus, the reverse side of this baby cart cover is made of soft Suede fabric, which provides extra comfort. This baby shopping cart seat cover can stay in place very well, even with very active baby. The elastic band at the front, the snap-on locks on the side and twin buckles on the back ensures the cover hold firm in place. Also the Suede fabric on the bottom helps to prevent the cover from slipping as well.

Thank you for asking. The bag is actually the back cover of this product itself. This cover pocket is about 24 inch x 10 inch size

For the old model of this shopping cart high chair cover, yes, there is an attached storage bag. But for the new model (released in July 2019), we eliminated the attached pouch on purpose to make this shopping cart seat cover more easily to handle for its main purpose. The attached pouch is often cumbersome during installation and not much functional to serve as storage. However, the unique design of this new model can still allow itself to be nicely folded into its own back cover pocket, making it easy to carry as well.
