Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Very quiet, & looks great. The low profile ceiling hugging design works well with my 9ft ceiling. The brushed nickel base looks & feels sturdy, as well as contemporary & clean. I was concerned the lights might not be bright enough when I saw you can use only 40watt led bulbs (included) and the ceiling fan fixture I was replacing used incandescent 60 watt bulbs. I was pleasantly surprised to find the 4 40watt led bulbs give off a brighter and whiter light than my old fixture. I never installed anything like this before but I followed the directions, had a good ladder, and took it slowly because all the reaching up and looking up can strain your neck & shoulders. Plus only having my two hands made it tricky at times. Another set of hands would have helped now & then, but I managed to install the whole thing alone. This is a replacement for another ceiling fan light, so I didn't have to install a new junction box or a ceiling brace. I've never before installed any kind of light fixture so I'm actually kind of surprised & pleased with how nice it looks & how quietly it runs. I added extra long pull chains because my room is small & the fan is right above the bed. That makes it easy to change the speed or turn on the light while in bed without too much of a hassle. The fans with remotes are nice if you have a higher ceiling or bigger room. The extra cost wasn't worth it for this room.

A two-person two-ladder installation should be a must when installing the five fan blades to the motor.Note: Installation goes much smother if installer has had some previous ceiling fan installation background. There is a lot of "arms in the air above your head" to install a ceiling fan! After install, fan looks great, and works even better!

nice fan but hard tp balance.speed functions terrible.high is medium speed and medium speed is low.wpuld never buy this model again.also wobbles to much. very very disappinted.
