Pump doesn't work but great product. Hair is silky soft after use. Needs to be cheaper given the difficulty controlling how much is used.

Very disappointed with the fact that alcohol was the first ingredient. And not the good type of alcohol. You spay it and instantly you smell the alcohol (that they put in the product for it to dry faster, smells like pure hand sanitiser) It will over time totally dry out your hair, and to me a little shine and humidity protection aint worth the damage. If I had seen the ingredient list first I wouldn’t have bought it. HOWEVER, if you don’t care about ingredients and enjoy the smell of the coconut scented thermasmooth line, you will love this scent because it smells exactly the same as the shampoo and conditioner.

I’ve been a fan of this particular product for around a decade, and it’s strange that there still hasn’t been any improvement on the chronically faulty dispenser.Other than that, the serum itself is good; you only need a pea size per section of hair otherwise it makes the hair quite sticky to the touch and greasy looking.

Item arrived on time. I have not tried the product yet because the pump does not work that is inserted in the bottle which was disappointing. I left feedback to the seller but did not receive a response. I hope the product inside the bottle does not disappoint as I have read some good reviews about it.

I've been using this serum since 2011 & as a Hairstylist, I've tried & used a LOT of serums over the years. Mizani Thermasmooth Smooth Guard is simply the best! I hear it's being discontinued, so I buy it whenever I can 😔
