I started using Korean Panax Ginseng a few weeks ago. I am over 50 so I can use an energy boost. I took it first thing in the morning with breakfast and have noticed a subtle but steady increase in my energy levels. I am only taking 1 pill now as I am conservative when it comes to using supplements. No negative side effects thus far and I am pleased with the purchase. I think that I did not feel any benefits from it. Box is not fit to item. When it came, the capsule was so hot. So I didn't want to take it but in my opinion, next time it will be. I used for a while that I did not fell something changed. It is like usual daily support and vitamin pills
