Good beam

Best suited for hunting, rather than IR photography
The torch is sturdy, but almost impossible to zoom or widen the beam, unless you first use a pair of mole grips to try and free the twist mechanism. When fully zoomed, it fires a well defined beam over a long distance, but if you try to widen the illuminated field, it does so only marginally and is no good for flood illumination.Requires 1 18650 Li-ion battery not included). The intensity control is almost useless - as it just turns around and around and really has little effect.Really intended for rifle night subject illumination, with a narrow angle of operation. Not well suited to night IR photography - which was my intended use. Therefore returned.Version tested - 850nm

Mi piace tutto, va accoppiato con una slitta che si regola in alzo e deriva per un perfetto e profondo cono di illuminazione centrato su bersaglio a qualunque distanza.
