THERMOSFoam Travel Mug, 1 Count (Pack of 1), Black

I have had this same cup for 5 or more years. Two days ago I knocked it onto the floor and the plastic rim cracked. I was devastated!! So, I immediately searched Amazon, found it and got it pronto. It is a great size and it will hold 20 ounces of liquid. I use it EVERY day, all day long for ice and soda. It keeps ice well and the lid fits tightly. It is very sturdy, the handle is just right and needless to say, I LOVE MINE. And, unless you knock it onto the floor, it does not tip over. In my opinion, it is the perfect cup.

I purchased this to replace one exactly like it I had for a long time. I had this replacement for a few months and noticed that the black plastic liner felt loose. The liner came completely out, and I noticed that the foam insulation inside had gaps in it, preventing adequate temperature retention. I made a complaint to Thermos LLC under warranty, and after waiting NINE days, a package arrived from Thermos with a totally different and smaller mug enclosed! I contacted Thermos again, and asked that they expedite shipment of a CORRECT replacement, since it was their error in shipping and their defective product originally. It has been over a week now and the package has only gone from Batesville, MS to Morrow, GA. Who knows if I will ever receive the correct replacement? STAY AWAY FROM THIS POOR COMPANY!!

Excellent product. Holds a HUGE amount of coffee, not at all "tippy" for the size of the thing (it looks top heavy but it's not) and keeps it hot for several hours. Exactly what I was looking for, and very well made. Simple slide on the lid, easy to operate and the hole's just right for drinking. Only problem I've encountered is the thread for the lid (and the threaded lid is a definite plus) are a little too fine for the task---seals well, but thicker threads would be a lot less "fussy" to deal with. You have to be careful to get the lid started evenly and at just the right spot for where you want the lid orientation to end up. Bit of a bother but not a serious drawback to an otherwise great product.

Over a couple of years I have accumulated 7 or 8 of these; I use one each day, usually with ice and water because I live in Colorado, where drinking water to stay hydrated is essential. However, I have used them with coffee, too, and they do a good job of keeping it hot (I put hot or boiling water into the mug to heat it up while I'm brewing my coffee; after I pour out the water, the inside of the mug is warm so that when I put in the coffee, it stays hot longer). I love the size and the shape (it fits perfectly in my car's cup holder) and I particularly like the fact that it has a handle - to me a mug with a handle is much easier to use than one without. Just be careful and don't put the mug on the sloping part of the top of your car - the handle doesn't fare well when it comes into contact with the concrete of your parking space . . . .

I love this travel mug. It holds a lot, and fits perfectly in the cup holder in my car. It really holds the temperature too. It is well made and looks really nice. I've dropped it more than once, and there are still no dents, nicks or scratches on it. Another nice thing: the lid fits perfectly. It's snug, doesn't leak and the hole lines up exactly right every time.

This mug was much bigger than I anticipated it to be. However the base still pretends like it's a little mug, so it's incredibly unstable. One poke or brush with the side of your coat, it goes toppling over. If you want a travel mug to bring in the car for long rides, this is probably a good buy. However if you're going to be carrying it around and putting it on tables, I'm sure there's a better travel mug out there.

Made in China 😱It is made very cheaply & leaks.Also the handle is not comfortable to hold.I would Not reccomend this.

Mug was as expected, delivery was slower than expected

I'll be honest. I love this mug. It's huge and will keep your coffee hot for hours.However there are a few snags.The outer steel casing began to seperate from the inner after only a few days. It doesn't affect the integrity of the inner cup and after a bit of glue is perfect.There is also no air hole in the lid so until you put one in expect really small sips.P.S you'll need big cup holders

It broke after using it within 5 times. And the seller wouldn't do anything about it since it was past the 30 day return window.
