I decided to start taking this biotin supplement due to losing a lot of hair after having two babies, and trying different eating regimes which resulted in more hair loss. I noticed more and more hair fall when showering, and it just doesn't feel healthy anymore.After about a week of taking these, I noticed today that there was very little hair fall in the shower than there has been lately, which I find very encouraging.I'll review again when I get closer to the end of this supply to see if it's made more difference, if there's a very noticeable difference I shall definitely be buying these again!

I’ve been taking Biotin for a few years, I have fine thin hair so I take as it helps speed up growth and make all those tiny hairs grow!I usually change brand each time but this is the first time I’m sticking with the same, this one has really made my hair shinier, my nails are thick and strong. Not small but I think the capsules work better than the tiny tablets

This product is great for hair growth! I struggle swallowing tablets so I open then and swallow the powder with water instead. It has no taste so this method is easy if you also struggle to swallow tablets. Would recommend.

I used to buy my biotin from Holland and Barrett- they weren't as strong as these ones. I really prefer them as they're stronger and works

The only thing is that they are big big and therefore i forget to take them . They haven't given me bad tummy so that is brilliant
