this one was okay
A little confusing at times as to what each of these people wanted, it was stated how Lucinda loved Paul early on in other books, but in this one it seemed they tried to push her more to Constantine, but I guess alls well that ends well.

Enjoyable
Thoroughly enjoyed Paul and Lucinda with Con thrown into the mix, this series has been rye opening and wonderfully written. The author blends the storyline to fit the characters involved..

"Simply Well Written"
I love how Kate Pearce tells a story. I also love that she's not repetitive to make the book longer. She takes her time and gives you a compete story from finish to end and she rushes nothing. I read Simply Carnal first and I was hoping for Paul St.Clare's story. Well I got it in Simply Voracious, and boy was it definitely satisfying. There is so much compassion, and good will, and passion between Paul, Lucky, and Con. I really enjoyed reading each of their story lines. Definitely a book to curl up in front of a fireplace and enjoy. Also, read Simply Carnal. Off to read Simply Scandalous.

Hot spicey erotica, with a fun story line. Read the whole series in order!!!!!
All of these are great. Must read from the beginning so you understand all that is happening. The books complement each other, but really should be read in order. They are very sensual and some people may not feel comfortable reading such open sexual writing, but the story line is fun and wraps up nicely in the last book.I love Kate Pearce. Her erotica is hot and spicey, but the story lines are real and enjoyable. She is not writing erotica just for the sex, there are real life stories and real people involved.

great addition
I thought this was a great addition to the pleasure house series. I have found I like some, the more taboo, better than others. This was a great plot and suspense with enough taboo and unconventional love. I really enjoyed the 3 MCs relationship, would have loved to have read that lucky was finally with Con.

good series
i loved this series, all of it. wish it didnt end. Kate Pearce writes a good erotic story set in the 1800s. this is my least favorite but still good.

Simply , this series gets better and better
Such fun unraveling and raveling this story. Well-written with an intriguing cast of characters. Nice to have characters from previous books show up for a quick hello and update on their happily ever after . On to book 9

Simply Something
Definitely not as good as Kate Pearce othe "Simply" books. This one lacked everything I've come to expect from her other books in this series: the character development, the sex, the complications between the couple, etc. If this is an example of her books of the future, in this series, I will not be wasting my time and purchasing another.

Was ok...
I love most of the simply series.. but this one was very so so.I found Lucinda annoying through most of the book.. unbelievable that she just gets over her ordeal so easily! One bright star was Constantine!
